Empower, the world's largest district cooling services provider, has consistently demonstrated its dedication to reducing carbon footprints and enhancing energy efficiency. The DLRC District Cooling Plant, which serves the Dubai Land Residence Complex, is one of the company's newest facilities with a production capacity of 47,000 refrigeration tons. This plant is part of a broader project that includes four next-generation plants, three of which are planned for future development, aiming to serve over 250 mixed-use buildings with a combined cooling capacity of 120,000 refrigeration tons.
