Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation PJSC, widely known as Empower, has once again set a benchmark in sustainable infrastructure with its Jumeirah Beach Hills (JBH) District Cooling Plant receiving the prestigious LEED Gold certification. The JBH plant, one of Empower's latest district cooling facilities, boasts a production capacity of 48,000 refrigeration tons (RT).
