The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company for Distribution (ADNOC Distribution) has announced that a circular resolution will be distributed to its Board of Directors at 3:00 pm on 21 March 2024. The resolution is set to discuss and review general business matters. The notification was issued by the Market Operations Surveillance Department of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange and a copy was sent to the Securities and Commodities Authority.

GFH Financial Group has announced the purchase of 11,335,345 of its own shares (treasury shares) on 18th March 2024. This acquisition increases the total holding of treasury shares from 159,117,436 (4.15% of total issued shares) to 170,452,781 (4.45% of total issued shares). The decision to purchase was made in a board meeting in September 2021 and approved by the Authority in March 2024. The average purchase price was USD 5820 per share, representing 0.962% of the issued capital.

The Market Operations Surveillance Department of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange has released a list of candidates for the Board of Directors of Waha Capital PJSC. This follows the announcement of the opening of nominations, which was published on 5th March 2024. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee has reviewed and endorsed the list of candidates, which will be uploaded to the company's website and presented to the shareholders at the Annual General Assembly Meeting on 26th March 2024.
