The average purchase price was 0.297 USD per share, which constitutes 0.707% of the issued capital. After this purchase, 102,629,873 shares remain available for purchase. The announcement was made by Mariam Jowhary, the Head of Compliance & AML of the company.

BHM Capital, a prominent financial institution in the United Arab Emirates, has been appointed as the liquidity provider for Agility Global PLC's shares on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX). BHM Capital will provide liquidity for the shares by entering two-way daily quotes into the market trading system. Resolution No. 384 of 2024 temporarily suspends trading of Al Dhafra Insurance Co. shares on the ADX, in accordance with Article No. 16 of the Regulations Concerning the Listing of Securities. The suspension is due to the company's Board of Directors meeting at 12:00 on 14-May-2024, which coincides with the ADX trading session. Trading will be suspended from 09:00 on 14-May-2024 until the ADX receives the meeting results. The resolution instructs all department heads in the ADX to implement this decision in their respective fields and circulate it to the SCA, the concerned company, all ADX departments, and all ADX-accredited brokers.
