The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange received a notification detailing the results of the Annual General Assembly meeting of Waha Capital PJSC. The meeting was held on Tuesday, 26th March 2024 at 12:00 p.m. The notification was sent by Paul Myers, the General Counsel & Board Secretary of the company. A copy of the notification was also sent to the Securities and Commodities Authority.

On March 26, 2024, the Board of Directors of Waha Capital PJSC held a meeting via video conference. The board re-elected Mr. Waleed Al Mokarrab Al Muhairi as the Chairperson and Mr. Ahmed Al Dhaheri as Vice-Chairperson. Mr. Mohamed Al Nowais was re-appointed as the Company’s Managing Director. The board also appointed members to the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee includes Mr. Rasheed Al Omaira (Chairperson), HE. Nader Al Hammadi, Mr. Ahmed Al Dhaheri, and Mr. Homaid Al Shimmari. The Audit Committee is chaired by Mr. Homaid Al Shimmari and includes Mr. Ahmed Al Dhaheri and Ms. Sanaa Alk etbi as members.

The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company for Distribution PJSC (ADNOC Distribution) has shared the results of its annual General Assembly meeting held on March 27, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. The notification was addressed to the Market Operations Surveillance Department of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange and copied to the Securities and Commodities Authority.
