The Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company PJSC held their 4th meeting of 2024 on 27th May. The agenda included the adoption of the agenda, approval of the previous meeting's minutes, follow-up on the company's regular business, and discussion of any other matters. The meeting was officially documented by Board Secretary, Omar Khedr. Both the Securities and Commodities Authority and the Central Bank of the UAE were informed about the meeting.

The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange has received a press release from the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC). ADNOC, which currently owns 84% of the ordinary shares in ADNOC Drilling Company PJSC, has made a general disclosure. A copy of this communication has also been sent to the Securities and Commodities Authority.

On May 22, 2024, the Abu Dhabi Ship Building PJSC announced a restructuring of its Human Resources and Nominations Committee. The Board of Directors issued a resolution on May 22, 2023, to restructure the committee to consist of three members and an advisor. The members include Anas Al Barguthi (Chairman), Khalifa Abushahab (Member), Dr. Najwa Aaraj (Member), and Noor Al Sulaimani (Advisor). The resolution will be presented at the next Board of Directors meeting and recorded in the minutes.
