عقدت شركة الإثمار القابضة ش.م.ب اجتماع الجمعية العامة غير العادية لمساهميها يوم الأربعاء 29 مايو 2024 في قاعة نوبل للاجتماعات بفندق وستين ستي سنتر البحرين. حضر الاجتماع عدد من المساهمين وأعضاء مجلس الإدارة، بالإضافة إلى ممثلين من مصرف البحرين المركزي، وزارة الصناعة والتجارة، بورصة البحرين، ومدققين خارجيين من شركة كي بي إم جي. ترأس الاجتماع صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير عمرو بن محمد الفيصل آل سعود، الذي رحب بالحضور واقترح تعيين السيد علي أحمد محمد كأمين سر الاجتماع، وهو ما وافق عليه الحضور. أكد الرئيس نشر الدعوة وجدول الأعمال بتاريخ 7 مايو 2024 وفقًا لمتطلبات قانون الشركات التجارية رقم (21) لسنة 2001 وتعديلاته.

Resolution No. (429) of 2024 announces the temporary suspension of trading for the shares of RAK Co. for White Cement & Construction Materials. This suspension will occur from 11:00 AM on July 9, 2024, coinciding with the company's Annual General Meeting (AGM), and will last until the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) receives the results of the AGM. The resolution mandates that all department heads at ADX execute this decision within their respective fields, and it will be circulated to the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), the concerned company, all ADX departments, and accredited brokers. The resolution was approved by the authorized person and issued on June 13, 2024.

Bayanat AI PLC and Oxa have announced a strategic partnership to advance autonomous vehicle technology in the UAE and beyond. Supported by the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) under its Smart and Autonomous Vehicle Industry (SAVI) cluster, the collaboration aims to leverage Bayanat’s AI-powered geospatial analytics and Oxa’s autonomous vehicle technologies. The partnership will explore the creation of an Autonomous Mobility Centre of Excellence and promote local talent development. It also plans to create innovative services in the autonomous vehicle sector, with guidance from an advisory board comprising UAE industry representatives and senior leaders from Oxa.
