On April 23, 2025, the Board of Directors of Aramex PJSC issued a resolution by circulation approving the resignation of the Group Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Othman Al-Jeda, effective April 24, 2025. They also approved the appointment of Mr. Nicolas Sibuet as the Acting Group Chief Executive Officer, effective the same date.
