On March 18, 2025, GFH Financial Group announced the purchase of 2,794,000 treasury shares, increasing its total treasury shares from 337,600,623 (8.81% of issued shares) to 340,394,623 (8.88% of issued shares). The decision to purchase was made by the company's board of directors on March 24, 2024, and received authority approval on February 16, 2025. The average purchase price was USD 0.3146 per share, and the purchased shares represent 0.07% of the issued capital. There are 42,864,760 shares remaining for purchase.
