The company's property sales backlog reached AED 69.5 billion (US$ 18.9 billion), indicating a strong revenue outlook for the coming years. Recurring revenues also saw a 26% increase, supported by robust tourism and increased tenant sales. Emaar Development PJSC recorded strong property sales of AED 28.9 billion (US$ 7.9 billion) during the same period, reflecting a growth of 25% over the previous year.
