The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) has announced its financial results for the first nine months of 2026, showcasing a remarkable 22% increase in traded value to AED 162 billion. This growth is indicative of the sustained investor engagement and the increasing depth of Dubai’s capital markets, as highlighted by H.E. Helal Saeed Al Marri, Chairman of DFM.

DFM's net profit before tax reached AED 586.4 million, with total consolidated revenue amounting to AED 753.2 million. Operating income saw a significant rise of 24.8% to AED 511.2 million compared to the same period in 2025. The market's EBITDA stood at AED 642 million, achieving an impressive EBITDA margin of 85.2%.

The average daily traded value increased by 25% year-on-year to AED 883 million, supported by strong institutional and international investor activity. Institutional investors accounted for 73% of the total traded value, while foreign investors contributed 51%.

Moreover, DFM attracted 55,460 new investors, 72% of whom were international, expanding the total investor base to over 1.3 million. This influx of new investors underscores the global appeal of Dubai’s financial markets.

While the DFM General Index closed at 5,960.54 points, marking a slight decrease of 1.4% since the start of the year, the overall market capitalization stood robust at AED 993 billion.

Looking forward, DFM is well-positioned to continue its growth trajectory. The company’s commitment to advancing transparent, liquid, and globally connected capital markets aligns with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, reinforcing Dubai’s status as a leading international financial center.
