Dubai Financial Market PJSC (DFM), a prominent financial institution in the UAE, recently held its Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting to discuss the financial results for the year ended December 31, 2025. The agenda of the meeting included ratifying the minutes of the previous meeting, reviewing the Board of Directors' and Sharia Supervisory Board's reports, and discussing the external auditor's findings. One of the key highlights was the approval of the Board of Directors' recommendation to allocate net profits. A significant portion, amounting to US$ 14,011,000, was transferred to the statutory reserve. Additionally, US$ 7,000,000 was allocated to the GFH Foundation and to cover zakat obligations. Shareholders listed by April 1, 2026, for the Dubai Financial Market and other exchanges, and by April 2, 2026, for Boursa Kuwait, will be entitled to dividends, which will be paid on April 15, 2026.
