Ooredoo successfully raised USD 500 million through an oversubscribed 10-year bond issuance with an annual coupon rate of 4.625%, maturing in October 2034. The bond achieved a spread of 88 basis points over 10-year U.S. Treasuries, marking the tightest spread in Ooredoo's history and one of the lowest for a global telecommunications company since 2020.
